Refunds and cancellations

Study material (PDFs)

Because PDFs are delivered instantly and can be copied, purchases are not refundable once a download has started.

We refund in full when:

• you were charged but the order did not appear in My purchases within 24 hours, or
• you were charged twice for the same order, or
• the file is defective and we cannot send a working copy within 3 working days.

Write to indusgeneralstudies@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Test series

Access to a test series is not refundable once paid. Each series includes free tests so you can try it before paying. Access lasts for the period shown on the series page (12 months by default) from the date you are enrolled. If you were charged twice for the same series, write to indusgeneralstudies@gmail.com with the payment reference and we will refund the duplicate payment.

Mentorship

Refunds for mentorship fees follow the terms confirmed by email when you join.
